Lixudebart disrupts CLDN1 interactions with CD44 and MMP14, reduces renal macrophage infiltration, epithelial activation, and urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio, and attenuates glomerulosclerosis. Lixudebart can be used for the research of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis.
