1. Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information entered in the form. Required fields generally include your name, work email address, and the request details. Depending on the form, optional or contextual fields may include your organization, telephone number, product or target, sample information, experimental application, desired configuration, project timeline, public source reference, and source page.
We also process an anti-abuse token and limited technical information, such as IP address and request metadata, to validate the submission and protect the Site.
2. Why the information is needed
- To authenticate the submission and prevent automated abuse.
- To respond to your request and route it to the appropriate product, technical, or commercial team.
- To evaluate feasibility, identify missing information, prepare a quotation, or take other steps you request before a potential transaction.
- To keep a record of the request, follow-up, quality context, and resolution.
3. Required and optional fields
Fields marked as required are necessary to understand and respond to the request. If you do not provide them, the form cannot be submitted. Optional fields can help us provide a more accurate response but may be left blank. Consent to contact is required for an online inquiry because we cannot fulfill the request without using the submitted contact details.
4. Systems and recipients
The inquiry is stored in our restricted content-management database and a notification is sent through our transactional email provider to authorized StellaCyte personnel. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for security verification. Hosting, database, email, and security providers may process limited information on our behalf, including across borders, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Retention and your rights
We retain the inquiry for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the prospective or active business relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent for future processing by contacting info@qihe-bio.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
6. Do not use the form for sensitive or confidential data
Do not submit patient or clinical information, sensitive personal data, payment-card details, passwords, export-controlled information, or confidential biological sequences through a general inquiry form. If a project requires confidential technical transfer, request an approved secure channel and appropriate confidentiality terms first.
7. Related policy
This Notice is effective as of October 8, 2026 and supplements the StellaCyte Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the Privacy Policy controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
